In one sentence

To sprawdzanie na rzeczywistej pracy, czy nowa funkcja faktycznie pomaga użytkownikom.

This checks through real work whether a new feature actually helps users.

Problem it solves

A good demonstration and model test scores do not yet show whether people will complete their tasks more effectively.

What it does

Ustala miary sukcesu, porównuje wersje w praktyce i wprowadza zmiany stopniowo, obserwując skutki oraz problemy.

It defines success measures, compares versions in practice and introduces changes gradually while observing outcomes and problems.

Everyday example

Subtopics

• Metryki sukcesu produktu AI (AI product success metrics): Choosing measures that show whether an AI feature actually helps: one primary task-success criterion plus guardrail metrics that make sure nothing else breaks.
• Testy A/B funkcji AI (A/B testing AI features): Randomly splitting users between versions of a model, prompt or interface and comparing them on real traffic — a complement to offline evaluation, not a replacement.
• Wdrożenie w cieniu i stopniowe (canary) (Shadow and canary rollouts): Releasing model or prompt changes safely: first in shadow mode without showing outputs, then to a small share of users, with fast rollback if problems appear.
